The Knowledge to Action Challenge in diabetes is about finding innovative and creative ways that allied health professionals are implementing the Diabetes Canada Clinical Practice Guidelines.
This year, we are providing four awards of up to $15,000 to support the sharing of your ideas with healthcare professionals across Canada.
All submission with a focus on Type 2 Diabetes are welcome, whether it be in education, health system navigation, care management, care coordination, access, treatment, or other. Funding will be awarded to those applicants who can best demonstrate the impact of their innovative practice.
The goal of this challenge is to share and highlight best practices. Funding is meant to be used to promote and disseminate the winning ideas across the country.
ICI Medical Communications, Diabetes Canada, and Boehringer Ingelheim Canada are available to support you in the development and dissemination of your concept.
